I walked around the lot looking at vehicles and was passed by a few salespeople who wouldn’t even look at me while no one came to ask if I needed help, I needed to go in and wait for someone to help me, problem # 1. Took the car for a test drive, loved the car, and said that I was very interested in buying it so we went to talk numbers. I sat down, we went over the car and I gave my vehicle to me appraised. The salesman came back and low balled the crap out of my trade, and I said no way I need a much better offer than what they gave me. He fed me bull about how it’s not worth it and showed me vehicles online being sold for $7,000 more than what they offered me for mine with same options (profit they’d be getting FYI), problem #2. After they tried to rob my trade and I asked for more money they basically said Have a nice day! Nothing was ever even discussed about the new vehicle I was looking at. I left so disappointed because I was ready to buy that day and they really made me feel like they didn’t value my business or me as a customer. Don’t buy from here, they don’t take you seriously and they truly show they just want the profit over happy customers More
