We had some great discussion on options as we decided on the specifics of the model once I came back and things moved rapidly from there. It was very quick and I walked out with a signed lease quite rapidly. The team worked quickly to register and prep a van with the options I had selected and I picked up the next business day. Mike did a great job of explaining all the interior options without overexplaining or condescending. The only negative is the actual physical site of the dealership. The parking is crowded and the lot has steep inclines. More
