They turned their back on me because it was an inconvenient Agreed to work on my 2004 ram 1500. After having looked at and diagnosed the problem. A week later they called and said they couldn't obtain the neces Agreed to work on my 2004 ram 1500. After having looked at and diagnosed the problem. A week later they called and said they couldn't obtain the necessary parts to make the repair. I followed up with them asking for further diagnostic help, which I was more than happy to pay for. At which time the service manager informed me they don't work on vehicles that have been worked on by independent garages. I guess a difficult repair implemented policy change.
