You may have a good experience the first time, but the second time worst by far. They locate a Vehicle and then tell you what you are paying for it. Then you find out later that day online the other Deale second time worst by far. They locate a Vehicle and then tell you what you are paying for it. Then you find out later that day online the other Dealer ship is charging $5400 less. I am shocked that they would pull such a stunt. Worst experience by far. Would never shop this place again!!!!!!!!!! More

Great service for over a year I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for over a year. I Can’t think of anything that could be done better. They sometimes have recommendations I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for over a year. I Can’t think of anything that could be done better. They sometimes have recommendations for things that need watched or replaced, but they are straight with me on when It’s time to replace them. My wipers were terrible about a month ago, and I forgot to mention it to the service guy. While I was waiting they came and told me that it was probably time to replace them. I got them replaced and installed for cheaper than I could have bought a good pair anywhere else. I recommend these guys whenever someone mentions any car troubles. More

Expectations When you buy a new vehicle I know the consumer never wins but you do expect a fair shake and a dealer that does not give you bold face lies. Shane & Daniel will lie all the way through a deal sitting face to face. Beware of Russ Briggs dealers that are in Topeka,Lawrence & Manhatten, KS.
