We went back later in the week because we couldn't get the specialized Altima that we saw in the showroom out of our heads. Good marketing and salesmanship on the dealership's part! You should always have a "special" car in the showroom...I don't know if I would have thought twice about the Altima if not for the special version on display, but I'm sure glad we went back and drove the car. The staff is friendly and they will do the best they can to cater to your needs and get you in the car that is best fit for you. They were very flexible when it came to negotiating numbers. Erik researched it immediately and figured out how to incorporate the extra discount. I received the deal that I researched and was very impressed with their persistence to get me that deal. Jack was great to work with and followed up with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was also impressed with the Business Manager Devin Mariman, who assisted with the final details of the sales by clearly explaining all the warranty add-on options and my finance options.
