I wanted to share my bad experience with your service center, staff who tried to bait and switch when I came down for service. I had spoken to Michelle before I scheduled the appointment for 24k mile center, staff who tried to bait and switch when I came down for service. I had spoken to Michelle before I scheduled the appointment for 24k mile factory maintenance and the price quoted was $120 for my vehicle, but when I came here for service I was told $139+ for Oil Change only and to replace filters it was $299+. This is clearly bait and switch tactic used. Also, the service person(John Vali) told me to take my vehicle and leave if I wanted. He had the audacity to tell me this after I spent my afternoon to come down to the dealership. I requested to speak to service manager and you, but the service staff refused and told me I could leave if I want. I am have already reported this bad experience and business practice to Kia. More

Taylor has always taken care of us when having our Sportage in for service. Last example was our need for a driving headlight replacement. He told us to just show up and he would take care of it.
