I have leased/purchased perhaps 30 or more cars for me and my friends over the years. I have leased many luxury makes and modest ones, too. The dealers are a challenge and even when ready to "sign", they can slip one by-- or try. I love the KIA brand-- quality, value and dependability-- and more, so here I go. My first Kia in 2011, I was caught off guard for many reasons, and they outright pulled an interest rate switch with me and surprisingly, I missed it until it was way too late. Never again will I deal with Gateway KIA in North Brunswick. So, I went to Kemper KIA this time. From the lovely, congenial and honest sales lady, Brittany, to the kind, honest and knowledgeable finance manager, Jim, I was impressed to no end. The owners are always on location-- a 70+ year family business, and they, too, are the real deal, as they made it their business to meet me. I will stop her, but I can honestly say that I will refer MANY to them. It has been quite a long time since I did not have to check my pockets after leaving the dealership and for an equally long time, I did not feel like I had to take a shower when I came home. More
Kia is using Cheap quality parts now.. From past 2 months I was feeling engine voice is getting load I just check oil so I cant believe it was black in just 3200 miles .. next day I went se From past 2 months I was feeling engine voice is getting load I just check oil so I cant believe it was black in just 3200 miles .. next day I went service centre I asked for free service so they said no u don't have this facility I asked its not an obvious when you purchase new car it comes free with that he said did your sales guy gave you any free oil change card I said no and he didn't tell me anything .. I went upstairs to look him but as usual he wasn't there that's third time I couldn't find (ORLANDO) my sales guy then I asked to service guy why it got black in just 3200 miles and see what he said " SIR ITS NOT AN UNUSUAL THING " I asked which oil do you use he said we use our standard oil ... I asked is that synthetic he said no.. I told him I don't want your standard anymore now I got aware what is your standard you are using " CHEAP QUALITY TYRE CHEAP QUALITY OIL ". and I don't know what im going to see in future ... I won't never recommend anybody to go KIA AND SPECIALLY this DEALER KEMPER KIA.... I spent 29000$ on this car and now Im realizing it was my big mistake.... More

This Dealership is VERY different from any other dealership we've ever been to EVER ! The absolute nicest folks ! No pressure, No games ! Honesty, Knowledge and Respect !!! We purchased an economy car but.. you would have thought we purchased the most expensive vehicle in the showroom by the way we were treated !!! We even unexpectantly met Mr. Kemper and he personally thanked us for our business. My wife and I left with our new car feeling like we were just hanging out with family. Kemper is truly a different dealership! Great people, great place and great prices !! Thanks !! Looking forward to a visit to their service department!! More

We were looking for a new car, but were totally turned off by sales persons who didn't know what they were talking about and kept changing their stori We were looking for a new car, but were totally turned off by sales persons who didn't know what they were talking about and kept changing their stories and prices. Then they bombarded us with telephone calls and emails promising better and better deals. NO WAY!!! Kemper KIA was totally different in a very nice way! They were like a family and treated us like we were part of it! No high pressure sales and very polite and understanding of our needs and wants. They sold us on a new car in very short time, and we are very happy with it. We would definitely go back to them for future needs. Amazing experience My first new car where no games were played. It was hassle free and friendly. I stopped in mid December and came back the Saturday after Christmas. Over the years, my wife and I have purchased or leased several vehicles and as a r One word that will describe my experience with Kemper. Outstanding! Over the years, my wife and I have purchased or leased several vehicles and as a result have not had a positive experience. When it was time to "bite the bullet" and look for a car that was already decided upon, we contacted three KIA dealers in my area over the internet. I was extremely specific on my parameters. Such as: out the door price, model, year, and if we considered a pre-owned maximum mileage. I explained that if they each could accommodate my parameters, to let me know. We did not want to go to a dealer sit for an inordinately amount of time, while they try to wear us down, to make a deal. Two responded. One called me several times without letting me know if they could meet our requirements. Very obnoxious indeed. We visited one who informed me that they could accommodate my request. Upon entering, the person that we were communicating with was off. OK. No concern, so we thought. We were directed to a sales person who had no idea of our previous communication or purchase parameters. By the time he went to his manager and to review my trade in, it was over ONE HOUR! We could not make a deal and we walked out. As we was getting ready to leave, the salesman indicated that they were the biggest dealer in the area and it would be pointless to go anywhere else. My wife was so feed up with the process that she considered not going to our last stop which was Kemper. I am glad I convinced her they we should continue our quest. Here is the result of our positive adventure. Matt Woodward was the sales rep that I was communicating with. When we entered the showroom and was greeted by him, he immediately knew who we were. He was prepared. He had a listing of the vehicles available based upon our parameters. He explained that the dealer was family owned. No sales manager. No high pressure. In fact, the owners were there and greeted us. We chose the vehicle we were interested in. We were encouraged to test drive it. And, this is a big and...he did not accompany us while test driving. Unbelievable! The first time ever that this occurred. During the test drive, my trade in was evaluated. When we returned, we sat, talked calmly about price and MADE THE DEAL! We were out within the hour with our new vehicle. Another mention. I had installed a satellite radio in my trade in. Mr. Kemper and Matt agreed to remove the radio for us (no cost) so that we could use it for another of our vehicles. We informed both them that moving forward, Kemper will be our only vehicle dealership. More

Surprise number two, Betsie handled the whole transaction. We did not have to sit with a finance person. All in all the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. More
