I received a phone call from my advisor, Jamie before 11am telling me that my vehicle was complete and even ordered a part covered under warranty! Bad Experience Very unpleasant and deceptive experience. I exchanged emails with Wesley Paige regarding a pre-owned vehicle they listed on their website. They confirmed by email yesterday that the vehicle was still available and offered to let me test drive it. I called today BEFORE making the ~1 hour drive down to their location, again “Wes” let me know that the car was still available and we arranged a test drive for 2PM. I arrived around 1:45PM and “Wes” was nowhere to be found. I spoke with Karen who apologetically let me know that the car was in fact unavailable and that occasionally “their computers take a few hours to reflect changes to inventory”….. Overall a large waste of time and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
