One small detail: For everyone’s health and safety, please train all members of your staff to keep their face masks over their mouths *and* noses, at all times! Just covering the mouth is insufficient, and a mask does nobody any good when worn on one’s chin! More

No follow up/Ignored for too long Friday, August 7, 2020. I purchased a Certified PreOwned Sportage through Jim Kuschner at Bridgewater Kia. I drove an hour to go there because they of Friday, August 7, 2020. I purchased a Certified PreOwned Sportage through Jim Kuschner at Bridgewater Kia. I drove an hour to go there because they offered a wider selection in my range. Test driving was a snap and the assistants were great. The transaction was lengthy and the financials a bit complicated but better blamed on COVID19 and it was a rainy Saturday. However, the next morning when I went to put my things in the car and figure out all the new bells and whistles, I found only three floor mats with the driver's side missing. Aside from my bill of sale and temp registration, there was nothing in the glove compartment; nothing about the tires, no directions for the sound system and NO manual. Keyless entry was new to me and I had spent thousands more for the high end trim. I called my rep and he said he would look into it. After over a week I called again and left a message. I emailed twice and called two more times. NOTHING. In the interim I realized my temporary registration had expired without any notification or contact from Bridgewater Kia. I had to call and "luckily" the registration and plates were "just" in. They said they would mail them to me and when I asked about the other missing elements, I was told a manual was easily obtained but that they would not mail it to me. Why not? Slip it in with the plates! For the third time I asked to have Jim call me to settle these issues. And still no word on the missing driver's side all-weather mat that matches the other three! Crickets. These are not high demands. Is it asking too much to expect small basic elements to come with the car when I spent over $24,000 on a USED vehicle?! A very disappointing lack of follow up service. More
