Hello, We apologize for this situation. When you came to pick up your new car, we were unable to remove your old license plates because the screws were rusted. Our Service Department was able to get it removed the next day but it was somehow misplaced. When you called to let us know that your insurance company needed the license plates, we did offer to file a report to the police department; unfortunately, we were not allowed to since we are not the owners of the vehicle.
