My experience at Bridgewater KIA was an absolute nightmare!!! Your staff lost my trade-in plates and purposely ignored and/or cleverly side-stepped my phone calls. I called your staff 24 times over nightmare!!! Your staff lost my trade-in plates and purposely ignored and/or cleverly side-stepped my phone calls. I called your staff 24 times over the course of a 2 month period. Your manager consistently put me on hold for indefinite periods of time (over one hour). Wesley Paige repeatedly lied to me and told me he would remedy the situation. Many times he told me he was busy at the moment and promised to call me back, BUT HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS A SINGLE TIME!!!!! Eventually the NYC DEPT of Motor Vehicles, suspended my wife's license for not returning her plates. I am from New York, and my wife and I were forced to travel to the Bridgewater Police Station to report our plates as being lost or stolen. I have a case number and will furnish the number for KIA Management, if you promise to make sure the staff responsible for my horrible nightmare at Bridgewater Kia pays consequences for their indifferent behavior toward my wife and I. Your manager and Wesley Paige treated my wife and I, with tremendous disrespect. They both lied to us more times than I can remember. More

I was pleased with my help, Wes was awesome in answering questions and was quick to respond. I did have a slight issue with the fact that I was told I was being given a model car with the “Blind Spot Monito questions and was quick to respond. I did have a slight issue with the fact that I was told I was being given a model car with the “Blind Spot Monitoring” and when I went to pick up my car it was last minute changed on me and my car doesn’t have the blind spot monitoring on it. I paid my car off in full the day I picked it up and I was very upset that I got jipped out of that feature on my car. More
