I visited a few dealerships before this one and the change of environment is undeniable. We worked with Ronny as well as the general manager and they were hands down the nicest sales men which you hard change of environment is undeniable. You always get those sales people who put up a very obviously fake front to get your money, but these people were genuinely caring, informative and not at all pushy with closing the sale. I had a really bad experience with Bridgewater Kia, I pretty much had to bag a sales person to buy a car. Since I’m out of a state we agreed on everything and I paid for the car to be shipped to me, but pretty much had to bag a sales person to buy a car. Since I’m out of a state we agreed on everything and I paid for the car to be shipped to me, but I never got my temp registration, I kept messaging sales person but he wouldn’t respond I couldn’t drive the car for 2 week. I paid over $50K for the car and 3 out of 4 cup holder tabs are missing. I’m still trying g to get an answer but can’t get anybody to respond. If I was closer to the dealer I would return the car even though I love the car, it’s been just a mess. More

I stopped in on a Saturday late morning just to see the new service dept and to make an appointment for service. Carol asked if I would like it done right now!
