Absolutely amazing customer service from the service team. They helped me right away when the other dealers around me wouldn’t. He understood the urgency of my situation when I called him via phone & allowed me to drop my car off to be diagnosed. It was a pleasure working with Jimmy, he kept us updated on the car we wanted, when it came in he let us know, we went and purchased it. Jimmy gave us a great price, and we drove the car away. HORRIBLE experience! My mother tried to buy a car here but the entire experience was garbage to say the least! From initial contact with a woman (autumn) in the internet My mother tried to buy a car here but the entire experience was garbage to say the least! From initial contact with a woman (autumn) in the internet department with zero knowledge on their vehicles to the management spending their time playing on their phone. We had to wait forever in their showroom and we literately heard them cursing up a storm the entire time to then management (Daniel Fernandez) being told people were waiting. He clearly dismissed it saying and I quote "xxxx them customers" seemed like whatever was happening on their phones was more important then selling a car. Something about losing on their phones, so I guess the game must have been much more interesting than running a business. After hearing that we walked out as fast as we could. Now I understand that spending long hours at a place of employment you should have fun, there should be a time and place for everything. Working in retail myself I understand how frustrating customers can be, but to blatantly speak about us customers that way out in your showroom just seems completely idiotic. I guess losing one customer isn't a big deal. When I called back the day after to express my concern to management, I must of called for Daniel about 10 times in one day to not get a response. Initially I was told he was in a meeting, then that he would call me back. He never did and I did leave a voicemail that was never answered. After checking reviews for this place, I know I'm not the only customer to have been treated this way at this place. How is Kia as a brand and ownership of this place take pride in their current employee. Mainly management, ultimately nonsense like this starts at the top. When you clearly have a manager that does not give a crap about the business he is "running". I have taken the necessary measures to contact kia corporate myself being that this establishment is not upholding any sort of professionalism. And no I'm not leaving this review because I want some sort of deal, I just want to make the public wary of this kind of service. They have also chosen to delete my review off of google. More
