We came into the showroom at 5pm and drove out with a new Telluride at 9pm. The dealership and Jim gave us excellent service and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Highly recommend. Please do not buy a car from salesman Michael Wyatt. Absolutely unprofessional service, very poor intentions, and mediocre salesman apparently with an ego issue. Because of this man who should not even be in this business, he has caused my driver's license to be revoked after steeling my plates on my trade in. I do not have free time to burn as a business owner and yet I'm spending countless hours trying to get my license re-instated after this massive screw up (which he caused intentionally). Do NOT purchase a car from Michael Wyatt at Kia of Bridgewater. I bought a car on Memorial Day of this year (great car - I love my new Kia Sportage). However Michael Wyatt, the salesman who sold me the car, was helping 5 people simultaneously as he helped me. Given he was making 5 commissions that day, he was less than attentive to my sale. However I liked the car so much that I let that slide. After buying the car, he told me he did not have time to take the plates off of my traded in Rogue and I needed to come back for them (which I know now you should NEVER do). He also asked me to wait to speak to him while doing the review that Kia would send me. Days followed and I did not hear from him (he claims he left voicemails but I have none from him - I responded to a text but he never replied - I have a VERY busy schedule which he clearly did not understand), so I did the review on my own and left him a 5 star review. In the final comments, after stating that I love the car and had a nice experience, I mentioned that I'd love if someone could show me how to use the auto-start command on my new hybrid/ smart vehicle. Nothing negative or even slightly poor. When I went in to pick up my new plates and the old Rogue plates, he handed me my new plates and then said, I told you to wait to talk to me while you did the review. I said, I gave you a five star review and made nice comments, I thought you would be happy? He said, but you made a comment and that looks bad on me. He turned and walked away with no further comment. I called after him, saying that I still needed my Rogue plates so that I could surrender them to NY state (it was registered in NY). He said he didn't have them and continued to walk away. I stopped him and said, I really need those plates, please I need you to check. He glanced under a desk and said, I don't have them so someone must have sent them in. All of this was delivered to me in the nastiest attitude that I never expected to see at a Kia dealer with such high ratings. I asked again, and he insisted, so I left all-the-while worrying that this was going to be a big problem, potentially. Sure enough, two months later I get a notice from NY state saying that the plates were never surrendered. And that my driver's license has been suspended. I have spent countless hours on the phone with DMV trying to work this out and, having had to shut my business down temporarily while I travel to Michigan to take care of my dying mother in hospice at home (she passed away less than a week ago), here I am in Michigan now with a suspended driver's license while taking care of my mother's affairs (she was quite young and this was not anticipated so there is much to handle here) thanks to Michael Wyatt at Kia of Bridgewater. Do not buy a car from this man. More
