In my opinion Bridgewater Chevy should be called Bait & Switch Chevy. I will never purchase another vehicle again nor a service. Saturday, I received a letter in the mail directly to me toward one of my vehicles which all of them have the LS series motor in them. As a loyalty program they were giving me an oil change for $79.95. When I received the bill, it was for $117. When I confronted the service manager Scott he said that it does not pertain to my car. I asked where on the letter does it say anything like that. He said his computer system did not have a way to give me the $79.00 oil change. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!! More
