Anthony from service is an asset to this dealership,as always he went above and beyond and Jennifer is fantatstic!! she is always friendly,polite,courteous and helpful. She always takes good care of me and she makes sure all goes well she even calls me back to check!.They have a great staff! Also there is an older gent at service who is exceptional and I am sorry I can not recall his name!- This is a dealership that takes care of their customers and appreciates them,they have an exceptional staff,the service dept is amazing and they always work with you and they have your back.I have purchased many vehicles in my life and Royal stands out and stands alone. No games,No BS,No tricks here..Keep up the good work.. More

This was by far the worst car repair experience of my life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the sa life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the same problem...and they still weren't able fix it! I finally gave up and had to pay a REAL mechanic to fix it (even tho the car was still under warranty). I would never use this company again and I recommend anyone who values their time and money, not to either. More
