I stopped by a week ago and spoke to Carly the service mgr. as sales told me to. She told me she had no loaners without checking. I brought the car in and ask about a loaner. Matt service desk, asked me if I scheduled one, Maybe there was a chance to schedule one days earlier. I have to get to work and pay for the xxxx thing. After 30 mins they drove me to work in my car. When I came back at 730pm to pick it up. they couldn't find the car. They had the receptionist handle this mess. She asked me to use my app to go find the car. I walked around the parking lot looking for it in 20 deg weather and found it deep in the back. I came up to tell them where it is, instead of them driving the car up, they handed me the keys. Service should have drove the car up before closing. Service should have brought the car up after I found it and went back to the front. A manager should have be handling this, not the receptionist. They were sitting around in the offices. They should have filled up the battery. The receptionist was telling me I was confused and probably brought the other car I leased, a Cruze in instead. Really? On the way out while I was going back to get the car, I turned around and she was laughing. I'm not that sensitive, but come on. How much does it take to do something so simple right? More

Air conditioning went bad i own a 2016 suburban LT and since day one i have had issues with this car. it started out with a wind noise from passenger side rear door. After going to Bridgewater Chevrolet (incompetent mechanics, and even worst customer service) several times for the exact same problem, i was told time after time that they fixed the problem and as soon as i would leave the lot i would have the same issue. they kept my car for about 2 weeks and i just got sick of their incompetence so i took it to a different dealership, where they fixed my car after another 2 weeks of back and forth. i was also hearing a knocking noise from the back seats of my car, which they kept telling me is normal, which it wasn't! so far Bridgewater Chevrolet has been one of the worst dealerships i have dealt with after trying to fix the original issue they created another knocking in my car, one worst than before! More
Service department unethical business practices Buyer beware this place charged us work that was covered under warranty then claimed the money from the warranty company. When confronted on the issue the service manager didn't act surprised and didn't even bother to appologize. He confirmed that the work was covered then proceeded to make excuses instead of promising to fix the issue with in the service department. They claim it was a clerical error but when asked to review the service paper work the page which would of showed the work was covered was missing. We were promised a check with a refund but I was told I had to wait. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want to get taken for a ride. More

Anthony from service is an asset to this dealership,as always he went above and beyond and Jennifer is fantatstic!! she is always friendly,polite,courteous and helpful. She always takes good care of me an always he went above and beyond and Jennifer is fantatstic!! she is always friendly,polite,courteous and helpful. She always takes good care of me and she makes sure all goes well she even calls me back to check!.They have a great staff! Also there is an older gent at service who is exceptional and I am sorry I can not recall his name!- This is a dealership that takes care of their customers and appreciates them,they have an exceptional staff,the service dept is amazing and they always work with you and they have your back.I have purchased many vehicles in my life and Royal stands out and stands alone. No games,No BS,No tricks here..Keep up the good work.. More
This was by far the worst car repair experience of my life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the sa life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the same problem...and they still weren't able fix it! I finally gave up and had to pay a REAL mechanic to fix it (even tho the car was still under warranty). I would never use this company again and I recommend anyone who values their time and money, not to either. More
