I visited the dealer due to a recall notice I had received for my 2020 Chevy Trax. Upon inspection, it was determined that my car did not fall under the recall, however, there was a completely differ received for my 2020 Chevy Trax. Upon inspection, it was determined that my car did not fall under the recall, however, there was a completely different issue, leaving me to pay $500 for repairs, after an almost 4 hour wait. That evening, the car was still experiencing the same problems, and the check engine light came on within the next few days, a problem I NEVER had with my vehicle in the 4 years i have owned it, until it was looked at. I returned the following weekend, where I waited for 3 hours just to be told that they needed more time to figure out what was going on. I asked if the problem was related to what i had already paid for to be fixed, and I was told yes. I was asked to come back a few days later. After a couple hours, I received a link with a video, which contained no video, only 1 image of what was found. I received a call a few minutes later explaining a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT issue, which was a $750 repair. I was also told this issue "should have been checked" the first time I brought the car in. I picked up the car and brought it to a local mechanic and was simply told the issue was my car battery, which was replaced and I have not had any issues since. The money I spent to have a problem "fixed" was absurd. Additionally, the fact that I was told something "should have been looked at" is unacceptable in my eyes. I feel as if I was taken advantage of, and paid for something that did not need to be fixed. When I first purchased the car, I experienced issues with the finance department, an issue that took MONTHS to be fixed, and communication on that end was unclear and unprofessional. I never struggled with the service department, which is the only reason I ever returned to this dealer after that incident. After this situation, I will not be returning to this dealer. More

Each and every time I brought in my Traverse for service, the service was done with care and expertise. The vehicle has never brought back again after a service. First time every time. Love Bridgewater Chevrolet for the reason. Vehicle has only been serviced by Bridgewater Chevrolet. Every happy with them. I know when I bring it in for service, it comes out like a new car. Super happy. More

Very poor communications regarding the progress of my vehicle. I appreciate the effort that was taken to work with the extended warranty company but my car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and three times vehicle. After two weeks without a vehicle I inquired about a courtesy vehicle and was given a number of excuses as to why it was not available. More
