Scheduled an oil change for 9:00am. Arrived a few minutes before. I was going to wait for the service as in the past it has not taken very long. After 1 hour and 20 mins i asked about my car. The service person was not exactly friendly. If i had been told it would take that long is one ok but i was told a shorter time.
