Dec of 2021 I told them I wanted new brakes because they squeak. They told me that’s normal and I have a lot of lifetime left. Brought my truck in again for another reason a week ago and told them to look squeak. They told me that’s normal and I have a lot of lifetime left. Literally the same day after waiting hours in the waiting room my new brakes are now squeaking. Called and spoke to the manager and he told me that they will always squeak pretty much due to the new materials used and different laws for the break pads. I have never heard of this before. More

I scheduled an 85k mile service via their website, which clearly states the cabin air filter replacement is included in the total price. After the service is complete, the bill charged me for an additional clearly states the cabin air filter replacement is included in the total price. After the service is complete, the bill charged me for an additional $50 for labor + $49.95 for the filter. Both are overpriced, btw. So I asked my Service Advisor about this, and he stated this is an additional charge. Feeling I was not going to get progress with this person, I thanked them for their time and went home. Once home, I verified (again) the website showing that the Cabin Filter replacement is included. I then emailed Anthony Basilici (Service Manager) to ask how I should proceed. This was on September 9, 2023. Understanding people take time off, etc I let it go for a few days. It is now September 22 which I think is a reasonable amount of time to expect a response - but unfortunately there has not been one. I would advise anyone to look at their paperwork carefully. I'm also interested to find out more what an "Electronic Documentation Storage Fee" is, as it is an additional $4.99. For what? More

I took my car in to have a factory called item item installed that was it available at te I’d I purchased my car, which was one year ago. I received a phone message from the service department saying that the parts/part were in and to call and make an appointment. I did this. I sat there for # hours only to find out that the part/parts were not in and that they would notify me when they arrived. The only saving grace was tat they did an oil change etc in the 2 hours that they had my car. I have been bringing my cars to Bridgewater Chevy for years and never had a problem so I was quite disappointed that this happened. My review was based on this visit only. More
