Service manager doesn’t return calls, replaced rear window in my Tahoe and never reinstalled the window latch. Replaced 4 tires all still had leaks had to go to another shop to have oxidation around va window in my Tahoe and never reinstalled the window latch. They swore that my tires would be rotated yet when I received the report the technician refused to rotate them as he claimed it didn't need it. Who is the technician to override the customer???
