I spoke to Tracy as a follow up about my service and I also spoke to someone named Joey. They were actually both going to get back to me and I haven’t heard from either one that was at least two weeks ago also spoke to someone named Joey. My $79 and 95 oil change turned into over $100 and then the tires weren’t even rotated. I had marked them with chalk before I even got there. I did this because they weren’t rotated the last time I was there either.Still waiting to hear from Tracy and Joey More

Service is unhelpful in even minor requests. One week they say need spark plugs next week different person says we don’t test for spark plugs have to pay $225 to find out.
