I am at a loss of words when it comes to Bridgewater Chevrolet. For starters upon leaving the dealership my breaks began squeaking, I immediately made my salesman Andrew Tina aware who advised for me to Chevrolet. For starters upon leaving the dealership my breaks began squeaking, I immediately made my salesman Andrew Tina aware who advised for me to bring the car into the service department for them To be checked(one week into owning the car). The breaks were “checked” and “replaced” however when pulling out of the parking space (at the dealership), they began to squeak again. I pulled right back into the service center and went up to David (the owners son) advising they were still squeaking, his response was “no way I drove it myself down 22” I told him to get into the car with me to show him, once he heard the squeaking his response was “oh must the rotors”. Aren’t the rotors and the brakes supposed to be done at the same time?! I also mentioned to him that there was rust on the rotors and asked if that could cause it at which point he said yes, so again I ask aren’t the rotors and the breaks supposed to be done together!? So he tells me he’s going to order the rotors and will call me once they are in. At this point I am thankful, I haven’t had to pay anything because I’m within the dealership warranty. One week goes by, no call about the rotors, another week goes by still nothing. Now it’s time for me to pick up my plates, I drop into the service department to confirm that David ordered the rotors at which he says yes. Obviously he did not as another week goes by with no word. Now all of a sudden the battery dies, less than a month of owning the car. Back to the dealership I go, after my car is there for 4 hours, they tell me yes the battery is bad and that it would cost me $400+…..for a battery?!?!? I told them I would not be paying that price as this should have never happened! Service advised that I needed to talk to Andrew, so I approach him and ask what can be done about this, I haven’t had the car a month and I’ve already been back here 4 times with issues. Andrew’s response: “Brittany at some point you have to take responsibility for the vehicle.” Are you kidding me?! I would absolutely take responsibility if this happened 3,4,5 months into owning the car, not one month! The lack of responsibility on the dealership and Andrew is outrageous. I will never purchase another car from here. I would never recommend anyone and I would never advertise their business. Andrew is your typical sleazy car salesman. He made zero attempt to work with me on my price. When it was time for him to“go back and talk to the sales manager”, I watched him stand in there for 5 minutes laughing carrying and on. He doesn’t care for the happiness of his customers, only that he makes his commission for selling the car. RUN don’t walk away from this dealership. Oh and by the way, they never called me for rotors and my breaks are still squeaking More
I was immediately greeted upon my arrival. Angel explained everything that was going to happen to my vehicle and answered any questions. He was absolutely amazing. Charging over 3% for using a debit or credit card to pay a bill is uncalled for, plus when I pay over $3500 in parts and service on a vehicle they could at least wash it when it is returned. The good: Very polite and professional when calling for an appointment. The service was performed well and the service advisers were friendly and professional. They add a 3% "service fee" when charging your repair (they are already charging top rates!). Expensive. More
