I sent an earlier review, I have not had my calls/messages returned. I had an small issue with my invoice, and my car was returned to me, with the driver door handle and one wheel, both had gre calls/messages returned. I had an small issue with my invoice, and my car was returned to me, with the driver door handle and one wheel, both had grease/oil. Not good. My invoice issue is an amount billed, but not discussed with me. I still want that taken off my bill. Its only $4.99. But, it was not discussed/disclosed with me, when I was informed that there were no changes or added charges to my bill. I still want a phone call returned. For the first time, I am not recommending Bridgewater Chevrolet. More

Our only issue with the dealership is the service department. Our ‘18 Traverse would sputter and stall whenever we filled the gas tank. We brought it in for service three times for this issue, and ea department. Our ‘18 Traverse would sputter and stall whenever we filled the gas tank. The first time they replaced the purge valve on an outside recommendation someone gave me. The next two times they did system updates. None of those fixed the issue. More
