I would like to compliment Laura(Internet Consultant) and Melissa Morales(Sales Consultant). I used AAA Auto Sales and my first contact with Royal Chevrolet was with Laura, she was very knowledgeable and inf Melissa Morales(Sales Consultant). If it wasn’t for Laura I would not have considered Royal, as it is some distance from where I live. When I visited Royal I met with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She went over all aspects of the Malibu and prices etc. She offered a test ride and I really liked the Malibu. I drove a Silver Malibu and Melissa mentioned other colors. I was going to take the Silver Malibu and she said the Gold Mist Malibu was a nice looking car, I was hesitant but Melissa said “ just take a look”, so I did and I liked it very much. I ordered the Gold Mist Malibu, I like the two tone interior. All in all it was a very good experience with Royal Chevrolet and it’s consultants. Melissa called the following week to ask if every thing was OK with the car, which it was. I also took advantage of the 30 day inspection and every thing was good. The inspection was fast and courteous. I would recommend Royal Chevrolet. More
