Service cross threaded lug nut when doing a tire rotation and wanted to charge $250 to repair it. I’ve only used them to service my vehicle and they claim it’s normal wear and tear. I bought my 2023 chevy blazer to do a do over simonize ceramic glaze application and when I picked up the vehicle, the application was not visible. the hydroponic water shedding was not relevant according ceramic glaze application and when I picked up the vehicle, the application was not visible. the hydroponic water shedding was not relevant according to the manufacturers specifications. I bought this to the attention of the service advisor who informed me that application was applied and that the standing water on the vehicle would slip away upon driving. that was furthest from the truth, since after driving the vehicle approx. 10 miles the water did not slip away but in fact left water marks on the hood and elsewhere. I returned the vehicle to the dealership to show the visible dry water stains. A management team associate by the name of Eric informed me that that was the way the the application worked. That was misinformation because the manufacturer clearly states otherwise. I am extremely unhappy with this assessment. I believe the application was not done correctly. More
