The service department went above and beyond in assisting me with my 18 month maintenance service. I work fulltime and the service department came to my work location to pickup my vehicle, and then returned me with my 18 month maintenance service. I work fulltime and the service department came to my work location to pickup my vehicle, and then returned my vehicle when service was complete. Honestly, I don't really like having to take my car for service. I don't like anyone else using / touching my car (inside especially). One recall repair was done but this dealership is not able to do the o service. I don't like anyone else using / touching my car (inside especially). One recall repair was done but this dealership is not able to do the other recall repair (replacement of battery modules on Bolt EV). I also had the 15000 mile maintenance service done and, here's the reason for the 4 stars (not 5 stars): I reported hearing a strange noise being made by the car that stops when I apply the brake. After the service was "done", I was told the person servicing the car could / did not hear the noise, so nothing was done and that since no fault codes came up, I should not worry about it. I am still hearing the noise every time I use the car. As I was leaving the dealership that day, I could hear the noise and tried to bring it to the attention of the person who checked me in that day, but by the time we made it to the car, the sound had stopped. I regret not being more persistent about it, but also, the person servicing the car could have summoned me from the waiting room to help him "hear" and perhaps identify the sound while he was working on the car. More
