I brought my car in October because it had a water leak inside. Service told me that it was the high mount stop lamp that was cracked and water was leaking in there. This repair cost over $800. It did not inside. Service told me that it was the high mount stop lamp that was cracked and water was leaking in there. This repair cost over $800. It did not rain much for a few weeks, so I thought the problem was solved. As soon as it rained again the water was showing up in the same place. I brought the car back and was then told the water leak was coming from the sunroof and would cost another $1,658. When I said I was not going to fix it, they were going to charge me another $189 for the "diagnostic work". This is over $1,000 for the water leak not being fixed. When I refused to pay the $189 I was told that they would cut ties with me. I cannot believe that they offer this kind of customer service. After buying three cars at this dealer and all of my service work being done there since 2008 I am done with this dealership. Never again. More
