Bridgewater is a Beautiful car Center , waiting room with Flat screen TV and beverages and snacks is definitely a plus while you wait for for your vehicle to be serviced. What I do disagree with is these Price increases over the same service , nothing different has change as far as service such as an simple oil change . I do understand logistics. But for the same service and rate increase , not my cup of tea. Treat your customer fairly and with honest intentions , in return customers will return for service or to purchase another vehicle. I'm not saying Bridgewater dealership is dishonest. But lets not go crazy over charging for service that customers depend on. In return we the customer can refer your dealership to new buyers whom treasure fair pricing , respect, and dignity when doing any type of business with Bridgewater Chevy. But for the most part I'm a satisfied customer. More
As mentioned in the previous review I don’t care for the new texting system, I feel as though face to face communication is the best option. This way you avoid mixups.
