Bwtr Chevy performed the recall on my 6. 2 in reasonable time. The service reps were excellent. It's a shame theat GM doesn't inform their team about what is necessary for the recalls that th 2 in reasonable time. The service reps were excellent. The girl that answered the phone to schedule my appointment directed me to parts, and the parts dept sent me back so I could schedule the pico test. When all was completed, I had to ask for the additional insert for my manual. It a shame when the customer knows more about these issues than the people working for the dealership! More
