I stopped by a week ago and spoke to Carly the service mgr. as sales told me to. She told me she had no loaners without checking. I brought the car in and ask about a loaner. Matt service desk, asked me if I scheduled one, Maybe there was a chance to schedule one days earlier. I have to get to work and pay for the xxxx thing. After 30 mins they drove me to work in my car. When I came back at 730pm to pick it up. they couldn't find the car. They had the receptionist handle this mess. She asked me to use my app to go find the car. I walked around the parking lot looking for it in 20 deg weather and found it deep in the back. I came up to tell them where it is, instead of them driving the car up, they handed me the keys. Service should have drove the car up before closing. Service should have brought the car up after I found it and went back to the front. A manager should have be handling this, not the receptionist. They were sitting around in the offices. They should have filled up the battery. The receptionist was telling me I was confused and probably brought the other car I leased, a Cruze in instead. Really? On the way out while I was going back to get the car, I turned around and she was laughing. I'm not that sensitive, but come on. How much does it take to do something so simple right? More

So imagine my surprise when my headlight started getting condensation inside of it and i was told that there was nothing they can do and it’s not covered ! I would understand if it was something in my control but obviously the headlight on my $68,000 brand new vet is only good for 7 years ! My granddaughter has a 2005 vw bug and her headlights are fine ! It would have been nice to be treated like a valued customer , instead , at 73 years old I’m left to sit on the phone now onto a 3rd person to try and get this light taken care of !
