This is a family business and the father does not play about his loyal customer's if I ever had an issue I would go to the sister or the father. I like this company I really hope they never change and continue to stay committed to their customers until I purchase my final car at 50. 6 more years to go. I’ve noticed businesses change when they hire new folks so we will see but for now I give them a 10 in all departments. More
