When confronted on the issue the service manager didn't act surprised and didn't even bother to appologize. He confirmed that the work was covered then proceeded to make excuses instead of promising to fix the issue with in the service department. They claim it was a clerical error but when asked to review the service paper work the page which would of showed the work was covered was missing. We were promised a check with a refund but I was told I had to wait. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want to get taken for a ride. More

Couple days later stopped in and they said it was at another dealer down on rt22. Drove over there walked the entire lot couldn't find it. Stopped in again sat down with a sales person showed him the print out of the truck and said I want this. I would pay cash and I want it today. - Easy sale right? Got the run around for almost 45 minutes they said the truck was recently in an accident and in auto body for repais. Mike M. the sales guy, said we have a better truck with all the same options for 8k more. Showed me the truck, and it didn't have all the options - no heated seats, power rear window. Clearly he didn't know what the other truck had. I wanted the truck so I bought it. Financed the difference. No big deal. They only gave me 1 key and it took 5 weeks for them to get me the 2nd key. Nobody called about my plates being in. Mike M. said they would order a new steering wheel - I bought it and pointed out all the little stuff that is wrong with it. Steering wheel, small scratch on drivers door handle, nobody has called. Bottom line: It's a work truck which will be replaced in 3-4 years. I can live with my mistake of buying the truck from them, but they lost a chance to build a relationship with someone who buys often. More

Misleading ads, lying salesman, service doesn't fix issues. 1st off the sales man Brian lies about trade in value, and what rebates you qualify for. When i had an issue with my vehicle, I reserved a loaner a 5 days early and the day i called, they told me they didn't have a loaner for me! It gets worse, they tell me nothing was found to be wrong with my vehicle 5k miles on it, i drive it like a baby! (had my last vehicle for 10 years!. (chatters when i turn left or right, hard thump, loud knock when it downshifts) This dealership left me feeling disgusted and robbed. More

Never again I have never been more infuriated then I get when I have to contact any department in this dealership. I've gone my whole life loving Chevy and Genera I have never been more infuriated then I get when I have to contact any department in this dealership. I've gone my whole life loving Chevy and General Motors and this dealership single handedly turned me off to General Motors. Everything from repairs to trying to get an extended warrante is a hassle and headache that leaves me furious. Everything from their policy's (that make it impossible for a 21 year old to own a new car himself) to the way they lie to you and talk down to you like you're unimportant. Hopefully this message will help someone else avoid feeling like this. Or maybe someone from general motors will see it and help redeem my faith their products More

I originally went to Royal for servicing because it was convenient to my job and they have a shuttle service that takes me to work and picks me up when the servicing is complete. I was so happy with their service, that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. When I was thinking of trading in my car for a new Chevy, I naturally went back to Royal. I spoke to Harry Dipietro, who was even better than the service people! He was very patient with me and helpful in making the decision about which car and options would make me happy. I decided on a Cruze LTZ and am very happy with it. Their pricing was good. There was not much need for haggling because they gave me a fair price on my trade in and a very good price on my new car. Louis Varga was very efficient and friendly when it came time to finalize the details of the sale. I would definitely go back to Royal and recommend them to others. More
