Dont like they charge a fee of $400 every car sold reffered to as a Pack - but all dealerships do this now - except when buying from a rental car fleet (but then not certified pre owned). Didnt love that my air conditining went out a week after puchase - but the warranty did cover. Aside from that: One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. In and out - low hassle. Overall experience is as good as it gets when buying a used car. More
First when i entered the place, no one acknowledge me. I stayed at the entrance for about 5 minutes and no one came to my service. Mind you i had an appointment. I came in to test drive the new 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. I was met by Harry DiPietro who helped find a Cruze with a manual transmission for a test drive. Harry was very knowledgeable, the test drive was comfortable with no pressure. Harry understood that we wanted to look at a couple of other cars before making a decision. Harry's follow-up was polite and no-pressure. We ended up coming back and purchasing a similar Cruze ECO 6-speed later the same week and have been very happy with it thus-far. I would definitely recommend Royal Chevrolet, and Harry as a salesman. Thank you. More
I would like to compliment Laura(Internet Consultant) and Melissa Morales(Sales Consultant). I used AAA Auto Sales and my first contact with Royal Chevrolet was with Laura, she was very knowledgeable and inf Melissa Morales(Sales Consultant). I used AAA Auto Sales and my first contact with Royal Chevrolet was with Laura, she was very knowledgeable and informed and straight foreword with the car I was interested in. If it wasn’t for Laura I would not have considered Royal, as it is some distance from where I live. When I visited Royal I met with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She went over all aspects of the Malibu and prices etc. She offered a test ride and I really liked the Malibu. I drove a Silver Malibu and Melissa mentioned other colors. I was going to take the Silver Malibu and she said the Gold Mist Malibu was a nice looking car, I was hesitant but Melissa said “ just take a look”, so I did and I liked it very much. I ordered the Gold Mist Malibu, I like the two tone interior. All in all it was a very good experience with Royal Chevrolet and it’s consultants. Melissa called the following week to ask if every thing was OK with the car, which it was. I also took advantage of the 30 day inspection and every thing was good. The inspection was fast and courteous. I would recommend Royal Chevrolet. More

I visited several dealerships, including you-know-who down in Atlantic City, and chose Royal because they offered me the best deal, and Mike was absolutely straight-up with me about pricing, incentives, delivery times, and the complex process of specifying and confirming my vehicle "build". It's obvious that a small, family-owned dealership still understands that the customer comes first, and Mike and everyone at Royal is working hard to make sure that that happens for me. More

After test driving a few vehicles there, I settled on the Chevrolet Cruze with Mike Corte who work at Royal Chevrolet. I decided to check them out. This was by far the worst car repair experience of my life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the sa life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the same problem...and they still weren't able fix it! I finally gave up and had to pay a REAL mechanic to fix it (even tho the car was still under warranty). I would never use this company again and I recommend anyone who values their time and money, not to either. More
