I took my car in to have a factory called item item installed that was it available at te I’d I purchased my car, which was one year ago. I received a phone message from the service department saying t installed that was it available at te I’d I purchased my car, which was one year ago. I received a phone message from the service department saying that the parts/part were in and to call and make an appointment. I did this. I sat there for # hours only to find out that the part/parts were not in and that they would notify me when they arrived. The only saving grace was tat they did an oil change etc in the 2 hours that they had my car. I have been bringing my cars to Bridgewater Chevy for years and never had a problem so I was quite disappointed that this happened. My review was based on this visit only. More

Couple issues - we told the salesmen we think we should get get our financing and then come back and purchase the truck and was told that the dealer gets better interest rates cause they have a relationshi get get our financing and then come back and purchase the truck and was told that the dealer gets better interest rates cause they have a relationship with the banks. Found out that was a lie. I got three different trade in values for our old truck and they were all basically the same and Chevy gave us $5,000 less. They promised a few different things and the contract is totally different. It was closing time and we trusted them so we signed and didn’t realize till the next day. Also the next day saw an ad on tv about special financing for highly qualified customers which we were (870 credit score) and also current leasees. Charged us 10% interest. When asked about the advertisement we saw on tv they said they don’t participate in those deals. But that they go above and beyond for their customers unlike other dealerships. Also a lie!! They said they go above and beyond with used cars. Doing a complete high standard check and certify all used vehicles to be like brand new. As soon as they brought the truck around I immediately noticed the taillight was broke so their service people missed that And then two weeks later a tire popped which with further inspection from my husband realized it was totally worn out. So again was told like new ceritification and was sold a truck with a bum tire and when told them about it they said nothing they could do. Again within the first two weeks. And they said they go above and beyond for their customers but left us high and dry. Also it’s been almost three months with temp plates. They said their is a problem with the odometer. Truck says 20,000 and title says 40,000. We also traded in my current Chevy lease was was totally mislead on all that too and ripped off. I do like my new trailblazer though so far. Too much to write in this review. More
