I rated because I was there early for an appointment an they didn't bring my vehicle into the shop till 1 hour after my appointment time. Took 2 hours to do oil change and rotate tires. Service advisor sai they didn't bring my vehicle into the shop till 1 hour after my appointment time. Took 2 hours to do oil change and rotate tires. Service advisor said my car was in the shop and almost done but was still parked in the back. Asked status again 230 different advisor he said vehicle was just put in shop looked outside my vehicle was still parked outside. I didn't leave there till 3:30. More
