I had heard positive remarks from friends about the folks who work at Royal Chevrolet. I decided to check them out. After test driving a few vehicles there, I settled on the Chevrolet Cruze with Mike Corte who work at Royal Chevrolet. I decided to check them out. After test driving a few vehicles there, I settled on the Chevrolet Cruze with Mike Cortese's assistance. I have been very satisfied so far with every aspect of their service. Mike took the process of buying a car at my pace and was very honest, helpful and courteous. Besides getting my present vehicle serviced there, I look forward to other future dealings at Royal Chevrolet. More

This was by far the worst car repair experience of my life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the sa life! Not only was the staff rude and incompetent, they were sad excuses for mechanics. I had to bring my 1 year old car in MULTIPLE times for the same problem...and they still weren't able fix it! I finally gave up and had to pay a REAL mechanic to fix it (even tho the car was still under warranty). I would never use this company again and I recommend anyone who values their time and money, not to either. More

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with no hassle. ROYAL CHEVROLET is a Family Owned Dealership in business for over 41 years and they treated me like their own family. I won't go anywhere else! Internet Dept was lightning fast kept in touch with me eve for over 41 years and they treated me like their own family. I won't go anywhere else! Internet Dept was lightning fast kept in touch with me every step of the way. They kept me informed on specials, coupons, events etc. Prices: reasonable Service: outstanding & quality Personnel: friendly and helpful Service Dept has convenient hours...open at 6am!! Can't beat that. Bravo! This is how customers should be treated. More
