Misleading ads, lying salesman, service doesn't fix issues. 1st off the sales man Brian lies about trade in value, and what rebates you qualify for. When i had an issue with my vehicle, I reserved a loaner a 5 days early and the day i called, they told me they didn't have a loaner for me! It gets worse, they tell me nothing was found to be wrong with my vehicle 5k miles on it, i drive it like a baby! (had my last vehicle for 10 years!. (chatters when i turn left or right, hard thump, loud knock when it downshifts) This dealership left me feeling disgusted and robbed. More

Never again I have never been more infuriated then I get when I have to contact any department in this dealership. I've gone my whole life loving Chevy and Genera I have never been more infuriated then I get when I have to contact any department in this dealership. I've gone my whole life loving Chevy and General Motors and this dealership single handedly turned me off to General Motors. Everything from repairs to trying to get an extended warrante is a hassle and headache that leaves me furious. Everything from their policy's (that make it impossible for a 21 year old to own a new car himself) to the way they lie to you and talk down to you like you're unimportant. Hopefully this message will help someone else avoid feeling like this. Or maybe someone from general motors will see it and help redeem my faith their products More

I originally went to Royal for servicing because it was convenient to my job and they have a shuttle service that takes me to work and picks me up when the servicing is complete. I was so happy with their service, that I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. When I was thinking of trading in my car for a new Chevy, I naturally went back to Royal. I spoke to Harry Dipietro, who was even better than the service people! He was very patient with me and helpful in making the decision about which car and options would make me happy. I decided on a Cruze LTZ and am very happy with it. Their pricing was good. There was not much need for haggling because they gave me a fair price on my trade in and a very good price on my new car. Louis Varga was very efficient and friendly when it came time to finalize the details of the sale. I would definitely go back to Royal and recommend them to others. More

Last year I Purchased a 2010 certified 4 cyl Equinox at Royal and although I have had many issues with the vehicle Royal Chevrolet has provided support,Anthony in the service department is the absolute bes Royal and although I have had many issues with the vehicle Royal Chevrolet has provided support,Anthony in the service department is the absolute best and Royal is lucky to have a person like him,he has treated me with courtesy,respect and I truly consider him a friend,(I have been to the service dept at least 10 times within a year) his professionalism,customer service and support is EXCEPTIONAL.He has gone above and beyond to assist me with the issues of my Equinox.I have to be honest and state that the 4 cyl Equinox does have design issues and the 4 cylinder engine is noisy and it struggles,which is really a shame because if it were a 6 cylinder it would be a great vehicle but I dont fault Royal Chevy at all,the fault lies with GM the builder of the vehicle.The only regret I have is buying the 4 cylinder I should have purchased the 6 cylinder.With that being said Royal Chevrolet has treated me very well and they have been there for me 110% and have given me several loaners while repairs were made on my Equinox.I feel comfortable saying that they will -have your back- and if you need them they will be there for you!.Note to GM--stop making the 4 cylinder engine the extra few MPGs is not worth the trouble, the Equinox in the 6 cylinder engine version I believe is a great vehicle because my neighbor has one and she says its a great trouble free little SUV. Anthony I thank you kindly for everything you have done for me and I appreciate your support and dedication to customer service.I have been to your service department so many times and you have made me feel like a friend,. I am not upset or angry with Royal in any way shape or form the choice of buying the 4 cylinder Equinox was mine not theirs,I would buy from them again only because of Anthony and once I get rid of the negative equity in my 4 cylinder Equinox I will buy from them again only this time I will buy a 6 cylinder,and I am not sure if I would buy a Chevrolet vehicle but if I do it will have to be a 6 cylinder and they also have many used cars from other manufacturers. My son has a 2007 Chevy Impala which he purchased new and now has 100,000 miles and it has been a great car for him.. More

Dont like they charge a fee of $400 every car sold reffered to as a Pack - but all dealerships do this now - except when buying from a rental car fleet (but then not certified pre owned). Didnt love that my air conditining went out a week after puchase - but the warranty did cover. Aside from that: One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. In and out - low hassle. Overall experience is as good as it gets when buying a used car. More
