Air conditioning went bad i own a 2016 suburban LT and since day one i have had issues with this car. it started out with a wind noise from passenger side rear door. After going to Bridgewater Chevrolet (incompetent mechanics, and even worst customer service) several times for the exact same problem, i was told time after time that they fixed the problem and as soon as i would leave the lot i would have the same issue. they kept my car for about 2 weeks and i just got sick of their incompetence so i took it to a different dealership, where they fixed my car after another 2 weeks of back and forth. i was also hearing a knocking noise from the back seats of my car, which they kept telling me is normal, which it wasn't! so far Bridgewater Chevrolet has been one of the worst dealerships i have dealt with after trying to fix the original issue they created another knocking in my car, one worst than before! More

When confronted on the issue the service manager didn't act surprised and didn't even bother to appologize. He confirmed that the work was covered then proceeded to make excuses instead of promising to fix the issue with in the service department. They claim it was a clerical error but when asked to review the service paper work the page which would of showed the work was covered was missing. We were promised a check with a refund but I was told I had to wait. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want to get taken for a ride. More

Bait and Switch or just poor timing. Online they had a great deal on a used 2016 Colorado. It had almost 4k miles. Original sticker was 40, they were selling it for 31k. Stopped in and they said it was at their offsite lot, they gave some directions drove over there and couldn't find it. Couple days later stopped in and they said it was at another dealer down on rt22. Drove over there walked the entire lot couldn't find it. Stopped in again sat down with a sales person showed him the print out of the truck and said I want this. I would pay cash and I want it today. - Easy sale right? Got the run around for almost 45 minutes they said the truck was recently in an accident and in auto body for repais. Mike M. the sales guy, said we have a better truck with all the same options for 8k more. Showed me the truck, and it didn't have all the options - no heated seats, power rear window. Clearly he didn't know what the other truck had. I wanted the truck so I bought it. Financed the difference. No big deal. They only gave me 1 key and it took 5 weeks for them to get me the 2nd key. Nobody called about my plates being in. Mike M. said they would order a new steering wheel - I bought it and pointed out all the little stuff that is wrong with it. Steering wheel, small scratch on drivers door handle, nobody has called. Bottom line: It's a work truck which will be replaced in 3-4 years. I can live with my mistake of buying the truck from them, but they lost a chance to build a relationship with someone who buys often. More
