Very poor communications regarding the progress of my vehicle. I appreciate the effort that was taken to work with the extended warranty company but my car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and three times vehicle. I appreciate the effort that was taken to work with the extended warranty company but my car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and three times I had to reach out for a progress update. After two weeks without a vehicle I inquired about a courtesy vehicle and was given a number of excuses as to why it was not available. More
