I inquired about purchasing a car and was greeted over the phone by salesperson Lamar. I told him the car I was interested in, asked if it was available and other questions pertaining to my specific purch the phone by salesperson Lamar. I told him the car I was interested in, asked if it was available and other questions pertaining to my specific purchase. Informed him I had a pre-approval through Capital One and I would fly to purchase the vehicle this weekend. He said it is available, but he cannot hold the vehicle and said that he would send me over paperwork to sign along to get the deal started so no one else could buy until I got there, along with a credit application even though I had a pre-approval. While speaking to the finance guy Chris he asked if I wanted the typical add-ons like GAP and an aftermarket warranty, I said no and he obliged. The bank then ran my credit 5+ times even though I had a pre-approval and the paperwork he sent to start the deal going looked extremely suspicious while also having an extra $2000+ charge for wheel, tire, key fob, etc insurance/replacement. I asked about if this locked in a price and if I would have to purchase if when I got there the vehicle was not what I expected. They both assured me 100% that it would not lock in a price or that I would HAVE to purchase the vehicle. Lamar and Chris in the finance department lied straight to my face because after reading this paperwork thoroughly with a family member, it had that ridiculous charge added on I stated earlier. Chris asked me if I wanted any additional services for the vehicle added on EXCEPT this one that they tried to slide in at the last moment and try to force me to buy a car that I haven't even seen yet. This is the type of business they do. I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle there and if you do, make sure you read every document very carefully More

I've been coming to Novicks for over 20 yrs. The "family" feel has been what kept me coming back. BAM has LOST that "family" feel. You are just a number now!! Dealership always been good n purchased cars n sent friends. Little upset yesterday with service not like it was in past. Came for oil change n said needed oil special n to do 79.00 said ok but never friends. Little upset yesterday with service not like it was in past. Came for oil change n said needed oil special n to do 79.00 said ok but never paid that in past or knew special oil then I had just gotten tire n it was time for my rotation n put new one in front. N lastly I had a light cone on 2x esc n they said meant needed alignment which I get n have had vehicle about 3 years. Anyway price was around 400.00 dollars just a little upset as on fixed income tuff n my car was out front n was at cashier n went to service department to find if done n no one was out there. At desks. Cashier searched to find someone find out if car done or not. Left unhappy never had that with novicks . More
