I was referred to Bridgeland by a friend and I was very happy that I was. The first impression was that the vehicles on the lot were spotless . I have to say that I have never seen so many pre-owner vehicles in outstanding condition on one lot. A beautiful business office, better then competitive pricing, very friendly staff and. no high pressure sales pitches sealed the deal. I took a moment to look around and noticed that the service center was just as nice. EVERYTHING was as good as it get and I will definitely be back again. Very satisfied Great experience. First time buying a vehicle and having to make payments so that was scary but they made me feel very comforitable and answered all Great experience. Started off sitting down and talking for 10min about what I wanted in a vehicle. Then I test drove the vehicle I went there to look at. Wasn't thrilled with the vehicle. When I got back from the test drive they had a vehicle parked out front for me. They just got the vehicle that week, it wasn't online yet. They checked all my boxes. Drove it and fell in love. They are buying me cross bars at no charge and fixed up all the imperfections. 3 days later I left with a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. More
