2015 Dodge 1500 Eco diesel. Recently purchased 2015 Dodge 1500 Eco Diesel. First drink e home was fantasticly pleased with the way this truck drove. Woke up early to go to local Recently purchased 2015 Dodge 1500 Eco Diesel. First drink e home was fantasticly pleased with the way this truck drove. Woke up early to go to local dinner and Bam truck would not start (very cold), 3 hours later the owner showed up at my home to repair or tow back to shop. Found a defective start button. Was given a loner vehical for the day. Things happen but their response was outstanding. Truck is great again TIGA. Another minor issue with seat heater again Mike and John in service response was exceptional with loaner while they worked to resolve the issue. So bottom line all vehicals will have issue. Question is how does your dealer handle the problem. I was a lil customer at a North country dealership for 30 years until their service department failed me. Never again will I allow poor service to not decide who I do business with. Good job Toni, Buddy appreciate your attention to details. BTW minor issue with credit union paperwork caused me a trip in to resign but employee was brand new so we'll let that one slide. More
