Very dishonest car company .I bought a car and was told it had a clean Carfax.Car was in there shop 17 times.Come to find out my car had multiple accidents.Now my motor blew after they installed a battery? it had a clean Carfax.Car was in there shop 17 times.Come to find out my car had multiple accidents.Now my motor blew after they installed a battery? Pretty good experience. As a person that reads reviews on almost everything, this is a no bull review. My wife and I stopped in to Bridgeland to potentially get me into a new As a person that reads reviews on almost everything, this is a no bull review. My wife and I stopped in to Bridgeland to potentially get me into a new truck. We met with Bob Danadio, long story short we couldn't find a truck that fell into the monthly payment I was looking for. While we were talking numbers my wife joked about how much she would like to get out of her upside down car and get into a new vehicle. They crunched some numbers and told her to bring her car in to be appraised, we brought it in they appraised it and Bob showed her a few vehicles that she was interested in. She fell in love with a Jeep, so we ended up pulling the trigger and getting her a new vehicle. Bob told me that my issue with the truck search was not over and that he would keep an eye out for a truck that would be my style and would work with what I was willing to pay. About a week after my wife got her vehicle, I received a call from Bob saying he got a truck that I might want to look at, I went in looked at it and fell in love, got my payments where I wanted and everything. Bob was a great guy, he was not pushy or anything, we had genuine conversations about cars, life and even how much we love chicken wings, lol. I would recommend anyone to go see Bob, if your looking to get into a new vehicle, I can't say much more about Bob other then he was such an awesome guy to work with. So here's the bad part of my review..... Trying to get a hold of people at Bridgeland was a nightmare, we would call and get no answer 9 times out of 10. It seemed like the only one that would want to talk to you was the girl answering the phone to direct your call. We would leave messages, or call and get no voicemail, and left in the dark some days waiting for answers. They also need to get on the same page, the day I went to pick my truck up I received a call about a truck I inquired about on the internet a few weeks prior, and was asked if I wanted to schedule a test drive, and I had to them that I already purchased a vehicle from them and that k was picking it up that day. Also while we sat going back and forth with our salesman and financer, we heard some pretty bad conversation between one of the salesman (don't know his name, don't care) and someone on the phone. The conversation should have been had in private, not in ear shot of customers. Another salesman was so pushy with a man to buy a vehicle, after the man told him he would think about it and get back to him in the morning, being pushy to me gets you no where and just makes you look like a fool. All in all it wasn't a bad experience, we would definitely come back as long as Bob was still there. He is what made us come back and want to buy a car from Bridgeland. We also met Eric, Andy, and the owner Rob, everyone we met there was friendly. More
