In response to your perceived disappointment: Here at Bridgeland it is always our goal to share with our customers the dynamic of their specific situations, pertaining to credit worthiness, trade values, the structure of the deal for the vehicles they are purchasing, etc.. This includes a full understanding of the unique individual "how's and why's" things are what they are. Now in your case I can't say specifically due to lack of identifying who you are due other than "Creditscam123$ "Repeat buyer lied to"; it sounds like you didn't have a strong enough grasp/ understanding of what we were working regarding the strength of your credit. When we are working securing financing for our customers, every event is unique with the individual customer variables, we are very focused with creating a deal structure for the bank to consider financing the loan; however there are times when rates we quote are lower or even sometimes higher based with credit worthless and the lender guidelines. Overall my response message to you is, you will clearly find a plethora of Bridgeland customer feedback from a number of review sources that reveals a pattern of solid ethical business practices that would challenge what you described in your review, is not how business is conducted here by me or any of our team members. There are times when customers become disappointed because we aren't able to achieved what both parties want, the focus and goal is a happy, satisfied Bridgeland customer for life. In closing, it is clear that you felt comfortable enough to work a with Rob, I wish you would have felt comfortable enough to share your thoughts with Rob to see how we may have pressed on from the original proposed deal or looked into alternative options. Rob as well as I welcome the opportunity to prioritize your situation and get your relationship with him and his organization back on track at a minimum.
