Double check your paperwork This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased through Bridgeland and overall I had a decent experience. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way this ti This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased through Bridgeland and overall I had a decent experience. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way this time around was when I went to pick my car up they had me financed through another company when I clearly told them I was only interested in going through my bank. The salesman told me they couldn’t get the interest rate through my bank but I insisted they check. When I went back the story was the finance guy forgot and turns out my bank had a better interest rate and dropped the payment down roughly $12/‘month. I was disappointed and hope it was an honest mistake and they had just upfront said they forgot. Otherwise I was happy until that point I felt they were very honest and I’m happy with my car . My salesman was a pleasure to work with otherwise. More

Ryan reached out to me via email to set up a time to look at the vehicles I was interested in. Once at the dealership I was greeted by Chris. I enjoyed working with him to decide on the vehicle I wanted, not once did I feel pressured to buy a certain one or to even buy at all. Once I decided on what I wanted and we agreed on a trade in offer, Eric went to work to get me the rate and payment that I wanted. Saturday while I was there it seemed to be busy and everyone I saw was happy and looked like they enjoyed working there. That makes a big difference in feeling welcomed. It was a pleasure doing business here and I'm extremely happy with my new ride! More
