I had never heard of them, but I was pleasantly surprised. Other dealerships wanted all kinds of personal information before they would let me test-drive a vehicle, but Bridgeland just handed me the keys. I appreciated the trust and the fact that they didn't try to hard-sell me right as I stepped inside the door. I really like the size of the dealership. Not so huge as to be cold, cheesy, and impersonal, but big enough to conduct business on larger scale than the tiny parking lot dealerships where are you just deal with one guy, and you never really know what you're buying. John was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Once I committed to buying the truck, he handled everything with courtesy and professionalism.
