about 15 faults on my 2013 ram 1500 with about 54000 miles on it. They wouldn't stand behind any of it. I purchased this from the Merrill location. The salesman raised the price because he said they put miles on it. They wouldn't stand behind any of it. I purchased this from the Merrill location. Also the salesman promised me I would find no defects or faults on this truck. However I did and alot of them! He said he can not do anything for me . Then low balled me and offered me about $6000.00 Less than I just paid for it if I was willing to trade it in. The salesman never explained anything he was too busy with other customers and never even shook my hand. Easy sale for him I guess!?. Never been treated this bad when spending $20,000.00+. The 15 or so things I found wrong does not even include the dents and shotty body work on a truck I was promised to be flawless! You decide who got a deal!? ... More

Our recent purchase was our third Jeep purchase from Brickner's Park City. This speaks for itself as to our appreciation for Scott Jahnke (sales person who we worked with for the three purchases) and the service and other support members who are consistently attentive, responsive and competent when addressing our questions or issues should they arrive. Fortunately service matters have been largely routine which speaks well for the product, product prepping, follow through coaching and documentation provided. Lastly I want to mention a situation several years ago when we were traveling in Utah. Our jeep was totaled in a deer collision. We preferred to replace with a new jeep and resume travel. The jeep dealership in Price, Utah proved to be very fair and accommodating but was at the time unknown to us. We made contact with Scott who without any immediate Brickner's benefit coached us as to a fair purchase transaction. That furthered a relationship. That keeps us coming back. More
