Treated great by sales (Scott). Ver professional and knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with the wile experience until I was turned over to finance. The finance clerk (Les) had no knowledge of Ram credit card points and how they could be used for vehicle purchases. When I tried to explain that it was completely acceptable to use Ram CC points, Les repeatedly said Sir, the state of Wisconsin does not allow vehicle purchases on a credit card”. Very condescending attitude to put it politely. Finally got that situation corrected when someone else stepped in and handled the transaction. After I left the dealership, the finance clerk (Les) called my insurance agent with the wrong vehicle information causing a huge mess with my insurance. He told my insurance agent that I changed my mind on the 22 Ram and instead bought a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado and did not trade my 21 Ram. Completely wrong! Apparently Les gave my insurance agent some other customer’s purchase information. Took me multiple emails and a visit to my agent to get this corrected. The finance clerk (Les) is obviously not well trained and completely incompetent at his job. I will definitely consider Brickners Park City for another vehicle purchase but will insist that someone other than the finance clerk (Les) handles my paperwork. It’s very disappointing that an employee of this low caliber was allowed to ruin an otherwise very positive buying experience. More
