The cafe is clean, cafe staff are accommodating, respectful and kind. The sales agents in the lobby on the other hand don't greet me or the other customers there for service. If I saw a General Manager on the sales floor, I wouldn’t know it since they don’t greet customers that are at the dealership for vehicle service. More
