At this dealership they are fast at selling and fast at closing, remarkable great service and attention on the financial aspect at closing, but their after-sales service and attention is deficient. It was very difficult to communicate by phone with the dealership to see if our car was ready for pickup. It took more than 8 calls and long wait times to get response. Our salesperson was rude, controversial and almost disrespectful; not the right attitude for a salesperson. First time buying Mazda and we would have cancelled our purchase if is not because we had already signed and committed financially. More
