Charged me for lease end fees which were not on the original contract, then gave me terrible attitude when I brought it up. Manager then came and told me I should have actually paid more and a bunch of original contract, then gave me terrible attitude when I brought it up. Manager then came and told me I should have actually paid more and a bunch of fluff and that other rep forgot to add a mandatory inspection of the car. Left a poor taste in my mouth and will probably never purchase another Mazda. Then on top of that they received my payoff check on 7/8 and they did not send it to Mazda Financial until 8/10. I only noticed due to Mazda Financial calling me about my lease being open and my payment being close to 30 days late. Payment ended up posting after the 30 days and I am unsure if Mazda reported to credit bureau, they mentioned there was a chance they might after 30 days past due. Terrible experience overall, a total 180 from when I entered into the lease 3 years ago. More
