Although my front pads were replaced and rotors were resurfaced and all brake components were checked, the decal placed on my windshield reflected that the brakes needed attention (red). Although there were four service representatives only two were actively engaged. Thereby, wait time was extended. Difficult to contact service representatives because they were not provided with company cell phones. Surprised to see car was not washed and cleaned after service. My former service provider, Gunther Motors, included this in their services. More
